Josh Shanley started Public Safety Multimedia to create high quality multimedia production services of dynamic education, training, drills and exercises for public safety agencies.

Josh has been a paramedic for nearly 25 year, the past 7 with the Northampton Fire Department. During that time he has had the opportunity to support several special operations teams as a tactical medic and rescue technician. Over the years he has worked in various capacities on volunteer, municipal, hospital-based and private EMS organizations. He served as a canine handler with the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Task Force (Massachusetts Task Force 1) from 1999-2001. He also participated in the response to the World Trade Center attacks both in 1993 and again in 2001. He is currently working toward earning a PhD in education.

Now, Josh has combined his experience in emergency services with his passion for sharing compelling stories he creates with photography and video production, updates to your presentations and slides and website makeovers, all based on the work you, the public safety professionals, do on a routine basis.
